If you mean the 48RE, 150-170 in the pan.

Mine runs around 160 with a Maghytec DD pan, which I belive keeps it about 10 degrees cooler than stock on continuous cruise average.

Mine runs between 185 and 195 with a stock pan, that is what my Edge display says? I was just wondering if this is normal?

I think the juice w/ attitude reads a little high on transmission temp. When you put a deep pan like the other gent- your sending unit is directly in the pan fluid. I think the juice gets a reading from the computer and its reading is taken where there is more air in the tranny - like near the selenoids and it will read higher. As long as not cotinuously over 200 all is well. Drive it like you stole it!

NadirPoint was the other gentleman - not to just call him "the other gent"

Thats normal. The temp read from the OE sensor seems to run 10-15 degrees higher than an analog. I see those temps in the hot line. Thats about the middle of the range for ATF+4 so its good.
