So after some research I think I have a cracked injector. I have a set of DDP 90 horse nozzels would it be safe to just change the nozzels or do I need a whole new set? (if i change one i am changing them all)

 

Look at the injector also. Chances are it's cracked as well. In that case, gonnan need to replace all 6 injectors. BTW, plan on paying core charges as well.

 

I have a set of cores for 400. One is good! If you cracked it then the body is shot How did you do that? Capped rail?

 

I wish I knew how, I think it might have happen when I had the smarty on sw 9 but im not sure. I dont have a capped rail. I am going by what I have gotten for feed back on here and advice from a diesel mechanic so im not 100% sure but thats what everyone is leaning to

 

Well your gonna have to pull them and send them out for testing! Then go from there!
