CRACKED INJECTOR WHAT TO DO??
 

So after some research I think I have a cracked injector. I have a set of DDP 90 horse nozzels would it be safe to just change the nozzels or do I need a whole new set? (if i change one i am changing them all)

Look at the injector also. Chances are it's cracked as well. In that case, gonnan need to replace all 6 injectors. BTW, plan on paying core charges as well.

I have a set of cores for 400. One is good!:jump: If you cracked it then the body is shot How did you do that? Capped rail?

I wish I knew how, I think it might have happen when I had the smarty on sw 9 but im not sure. I dont have a capped rail. I am going by what I have gotten for feed back on here and advice from a diesel mechanic so im not 100% sure but thats what everyone is leaning to

Well your gonna have to pull them and send them out for testing! Then go from there!

who does testing and what does that normally run
