mine broke last week. I had just hooked up to my loaded Dump Trailer, was pulling it out and smelled fuel. Shut the truck down and jumped out. Found the loose clamp and leaking #4 line. Glad I was in town when it happened, i had been camping with my son the weekend before.

look at your fuel rail it will be the only clamp on the #4 line...8mm to tighten the bolt that go's thru it and 10mm to tighten the bolt that holds it to the intake plate on the head

the clamp has two blue squares that hold it to the line and it is held on by one bolt. Mine just blew last week $20 dollars for a new one at diesel specialities here so i bought a couple for the other trucks too.

I to had the same problem with my #4 last week spraying fuel all over everything and it was a loose injector clamp. parts man said it was a common problem with the 5.9 so he kept a few in stock at 65. a pop. you get a new clamp and bracket with the new one and looks like they changed the clamp screw on the bracket.. mine broke where it screws on to the injector..truck has 93000 miles on it...
