i was having a miss fire and eating oil so let the truck cool off started it up and cyl 6 exhaust stayed cold i swapped the injector same issue so i pulled the head and cyl 6 has a clean bore but the piston and head have oil on them so im leaning towards a bad valve seat or something that cuaseing oit to get in and low compression. The miss fire and oil burning would go away when the engine was hot

Did you check for blow by? The head will not do that. But you can have it leak tested.
I'll bet on broken ring or rings!
