Hi I have a 2006 2500 cummins 4x4 with an auto transmission. I hade the trans rebuild a bout 8 miles ago and now it's acting strange. It won't shift out of first until I hit 3000 rpms and it won't shift out of second u till I rev it up and let off gas then it will shift. Would this be shift silonoid? It has a bd valve body from a previous rebuild

 

Any codes? Scan to make sure. This sounds like a governor solenoid

 

The code reader I had wouldn't show any codes. I figure it's a silonoid or the governor but I just want to be sure before I drop the pan and start replacing parts
