Default starting problem

truck will not start. At stater motor relay #1 from stater control output only has 11 volts, if I take a jumper and jump from #4 to the battery starts right up. I"m assuming that where ever power comes from to #1 voltage is to low. Any ideas guys?

Be careful jumping anything in the fuse box It's a lot of cash and easy to destroy! TIPM= Dodge junk power control system! I assume the batteries are fully charged and all the terminals have been cleaned?! 11 volts is low for battery output the relay only lets the available power thru! Can you clarify no start: Slow crank, nothing from key turn, or?

thank you for replying, batteries are at 12.4 and fuse box the same. Just the wire feeding starting relay at 11.1, I'm wondering if this wire is coming from the computer?

---AutoMerged DoublePost---

forgot to answer other question, starter relay just clicks no start at all not enough power for the hold-in at starter

Yeah the computer controls the relay but 11 is enough to close it!? Pull the relay and check power voltage on the hot slot should be same as batteries. Check for a broken feed wire or a corroded BAdly feed wire somewhere it's not letting Amps thru! Either at the batteries or the starter.
