Have lubed the small piston that enters the cylinder near the fire wall but no change, worse when I let off on the cluthc pedal than when I depress it. Just annoying as hell....maybe the hydraulic system is worn out?? Any ideas?? Doc

 

Look above that piston way at the top where the pedal pivots, probably a little bushing worn out. Just shoot some lube up there and see if that fixes or at least you will know what your problem is.

 

WD40 does wonders

 

Don't let it go too long! I ended up having to replace the pivot pin & mounting bracket for the pedals. The plastic wear sleaves the pedals rotate on leave much to be desired. An actual bearing assembly for the pedal pivot pin would be a major improvement.

 

mine did that for the first year and a half i had my truck. got new clutch and still did it..sprayed WD40 and all..nothing..and eventually it just quit doing it, no problems yet haha

 

wd40 mine does that in the mornings ever few weeks.

 

I thought mine was the only one...
