Automatic trouble
Hey guys this is my first post. I wish it wasn't about a problem but i have an automatic dodge.. about a week ago my tranny started slipping so I checked the fluid(in neutral while running) and it was a little over full and didnt think too much of it. I pulled up to the Ag shop today and decided i would check it again this time the ol goat was dang near dry How worried should i be? The leak appears to be the lines running from the cooler back to the transmission.
Hey guys turns out the tranny cooler has a small leak but its not the problem. The cork gasket on the pan was just falling apart. I got the pan droped yesterday and changed the filter
but the new gasket when I got it up there part of the gasket pushed out
. next time im gonna read the instructions. so today I'm going to get the new gasket and get the ol goat back on the road.

honestly a built auto is better than a stick. I have had both and the auto is a lot more fun and easier to drive in traffic.
