Interesting. I haven't had that at all. Do both your AirDog return and engine fuel return dump into your basket? That is how mine is set up.

The holes seem to help with the flow of fuel but this summer Im doing our fuel sump but with my modified sending unit I can get down to about 3 gallons left before I have fuel pressure issues!

Killstroker, what about AD return does it go into the basket or into the filler neck? More fuel returnd from the AD then the engine.

Scott, I've put 121 liters into my truck and didn't have any pressure issues either. 32.96 US Gallons is the equivelant.

I Installed the AD return into the Fill tube. I also hooked the engine return back to OEM Quick disconnect on top of module. I thought I saw somewhere where it said that the DSV eliminated the Connection at the fuel tube but I installed it anyway more fuel to the tank.

Now if Scott would just give Ryan and I one of those sumps for lets say "Field Testing" wed eliminate this thread. Maybe trade for referrals.

Negative Ghost Rider, the pattern is full!
I'm not a fan of the idea of protrusion from my fuel tank, or cutting a hole in the shell that protects it.
