Default Hard Start, Error Codes, New Transmission

I just installed a new 47re in my truck and was driving today and my MIL light came on. Scanned it and I got 5 codes!!! P1693, P0336, P0237, P0234, P1689. I also have a air leak and hard starts. Could the air leak be causing the P1689 and doing damage to the IP? Could the P0336 be causing hard starts too? Could the other codes be because of unhooking the transmission sensors? I have tried everything to find the air leak but, with no luck. I tightened up all of the banjo bolts (on the IP, the bolt on the back of the head and T) could a leaky injector be causing the air leak? I bump the starter to prime the airdog and it still takes me three or four tries to get it to fire. This truck is KILLING me and I NEED help!! I also believe my 53 block is cracked. Any suggestions and advise would help.

Thanks.

Garret

they seem to all be oriented around the turbo except the P0336 witch is
*Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Range/Performance
that one throws me off all the other ones make me feel the engine may be in limp mode due to an over boost or perhaps your pig tail is not pluged into the turbo right maby? the crank PS would explain the hard start becuase the engine would not know when its actualy primed to fire and would throw the airdog for a trip and have it thinking it needs to stop priming. have you tried clearing all codes then driving to see if you can get them to trip again? and were is your airleak at? if its vacume id check theres a vacume line right above the stock fuel pump on my 01 that when replacing the lift pump i bumped it and it came off without my noticing and i ran for two weeks without 4x4, cruise, heater/AC blower.....hooked that back up and had no more air leak issues...there is also two hoses on the top of most trannys that if they come of they mess things up (thats what my old boss told me anyways i never checked becuase i found the other line was off before i got to check the 2 on the tranny) so hope this helps! leme know if any of this was helpfull. also found a post on here that was very very helpfull when it came to codes. url is as follows...good luck!!!

I just had a new clutch put in my ride yesterday and the same P0237 code won't clear. I've checked the pig tail - its good. I set the smarty back to stock, tried to clear it, no good, i even unplugged the COMP box and tried same and no good. The truck drives fine though.

Confused....

Do I just pull the sensor and clean up for starters? Should I be looking for a new sensor?
