P0230, lift pump electrical failure
P0216 Injection pump timing failure ( usually the electronics burning up)

Kind of sounds like your lift pump failed, failing your Injection pump. Sorry man.

It is a good pump, but that in tank bugger is still going to cause you problems. The Raptor could have a hard time pulling fuel through the in tank pump, and running both pumps can cause excessive pressure. I did that once to get out of a bind. I had a block mounted pump, and a in tank pump, together they made 31 PSI at idle, at the injection pump.
If you feel you are capable to do the repairs yourself, you can save A LOT of money. Enough to buy a good lift pump, and a proper Draw Straw for your tank. There are a lot of good write ups and videos of how to change your injection pump.
