01 dodge cummins bought it like 2 mo. ago worked fine till last week it started up fine and ran good when you slowly push the gas pedal.but when you press the pedal like halfway when ur taking off it sputters and throws white smoke. also when going up hills. no check engine light on.

 

Sounds like it not getting enought fuel.What is the fuel pressure at the VP44?If you don't have a fuel pressure gauge you need one on these trucks. Is there anything else you have done to the truck.

 

Might wanna change your fuel filter also, its easier and cheaper than a lift pump or a VP44!!
