240hp? How do they rate those? Like they add 240hp? I dont think my stock auto trans will hold up to that LOL

As for the bedding process... I wonder if i should even try with the Allen Bolts then? Im curious if they are capable of holding that down?? PAP says that guys run them on their pulling truck but... Wouldnt you want your head o-ringed for a pulling truck??

For reliability issues... What kind of things should i worry about next too keep her strong and able to withstand power? My dream is to break 600hp. Can 600hp be daily drivable?

600hp DD isnt impossible at all.
trans MUST be up to the task, upgraded flex, convertor, input, output, VB, ect.
air, you MUST have enough air to burn the fuel. a 357/475 twin set, or 66 single can do it too but not for towing.
you'll need at least 200hp injectors and a stout fueling/timing box(s) as well.
a valvetrain upgrade to handle the extra boost is a good idea too.

Sweet! As for the trans I would like to ditch the auto and get a manual... For the price of a TQ converter i could almost pay for the whole swap!
So how do the injector ratings work? Do those 240s you have actually give you 240 more HP? I have an ARD with Pulse... Will i still be able to tune for mileage or is that shot out the window?

Ratings vary but most 24v use HP over stock. so these are stock + 240hp.
mileage starts to suffer after 150's, but it really depends on the set-up. most use too large a turbo and that moves the useable powerband up and lowers MPGs.
a trans swap may be more involved than you think unless you have a whole other truck. Then you have to figure for a clutch/hydraulics/input and get used to shifting.
I personally LOVE standard shift but chose the auto for drag racing.

Holy crap! Thats insane... I dont mind the auto if it werent so complicated and easy to break. I have just heard allot about broken parts. Shifting doesnt bother me... Had many stick shift cars. I kinda like the sound my truck makes when its loaded some at lower rpm... Like a semi... sweet!

THANKS a bunch for all the info too... I will probably get a little smaller injectors for now... If i have to buy 400$ head studs ill be hurting for cash. Unless i sell the intercooler kit i have for a Grand Prix GTP.
