So now i need a new pump sucks. My wife just handed me a stack of bills she is not paying and moved out. NICE week. Maybe I will get hit by a comet now. Sorry for venting this just could not have happen at a worse time.

Jim, do not rely on the key on/off method for code retrival. Get your hands on an ODII scanner and see what it says.

Do you have a fuel pressure guage? Do you have hard starts when warm?, white smoke? Dead pedal? Hesitation/miss??

Well I changed my VP44 and put in the Airdog 150, truck ran great, until the temperature got about 50 degrees then it starts surging again. Heat has something to do with it. I can't understand what would be affected by the outside temp to cause this. Any help would be great.
