do a swap to a manual! I bought a $7000 DTT auto and it still didnt last 2 years of driving. I dont even tow that often! Already had to replace the 1st gear band in january and is now starting to slip in OD. I am sick of the auto's as well!!
But all the guys are right, you might as well get it done right the first time or you will be spending more in the long run. Haven't ever heard anything good from the eBay ones
