OK.....so since I loose my tach once in awhile I was thinking CPS......................wrong...I pulled codes this mornin and have none..............if it were the CPS it certainly would have set a code.

It aint the cluster cuz when the tach quits the motor does too.....cluster is readin it thats all

Damnit Dm you may be right with the ECM thought

Should be able to get a used ECM from Bob for alot less than what the old Catchers were , Just get the number off your stocker and have it when you call him

Too much? That's funny right ther.....Tell that to the wife of the 70 year gentleman that bought my old one.

My old ECM and rv275's were a manual tranny towing dream.

If you can get one CHEAP, try it. But because of your comp box, you need the special no timing one and its a vehicle specific item. year, tranny, fed or calif. emissions.

Would it be worth it to you? Hmmm....I dunno.

I think you would be better off getting a regular ecm AND if its something you still want to dabble with try out a smarty. At least that way it's a little more adjustable to your needs with the comp box.
