20 Amp "Start Sol" should be the one then.
Some things to try:
Insure you wipers work, then swap your wiper relay, and security relay.
Insure you blower motor works at full speed, then swap it with your start relay.
If you do this, and the starter works but either wipers or blower doesn't, you'll know which relay is bad.
Checking for continuity in your wires will be the next step. This is very important to do.
