Thank you it's on the turbo side and it comes from up top hugs the block and runs to the pan, that black thing to the right is the oil filter.

 

that is the oil drain for the turbo the short piece of hose was put on from the factory it is silicone might try tightening those clamps or look an see if its coming from the turbo itself there is a gasket where that pipe bolts to the bottom of the turbo

 

where would I buyt the flexible line with the gasket if I need to replace this part? Thanks.

 

Should be able to get one from Cummins. Just need to get the length, diameter, and flange size of the stock one, and they should be able to hook you up.
