In reading both it appears the original poster's truck has an in-tank lift pump and he needs a draw straw to use the FASS he has, which he should mount on the frame.

Hey thanks man, yeah I may have said the injection pump, but wasn't thinking. So the straw, now might I pick that up, and one of my co-workers said he just hooked his up and basically cut out the stock pump using the FASS and the injection pump and no problems. Make sense?

 

On a reasonably stock truck the COMP box is great. Looking to get better economy the smarty box is the way to go. Of course you can be like me and get both and play with it. You'll need gauges and a big pump, big lines and a good trans though.
