Yea there's a plastic trim piece right n front of the steering that all the wires run through it looks to me that every time u tilt the steering wheel it's constantly pinching them(plus the wires r really small) I'll try to get sum pics tonight of it

 

This first picture is when the steering wheel is tilted down

 

This picture is when it's up I'm guessing it's just the constant up and down motion and the wires being so small and nowhere 2 slide dues to the loom running along the steering collum I heat shrinked the other 2 wires hoping to reinforce em a bit more
