1999 24 valve won't start

Two weeks ago I would have to leave my key on for 15 or 20 min. for it to start anytime cold or hot. I let it sit for a week and now it will not start at all. I checked my fuel filter and it is clean. Any Ideas

Will it crank? Does it register RPMS while cranking? Any codes?

Yes it cranks, the RPM's registers and does not have any codes.

Check the number 9 fuse engine fuse it'll crank but never start

in my opinion if you have to leave it on for that long and then some days after that, i would say pick up pump? worse case INJECTION PUMP??!!

Hey bud I hate to tell you the bad news but its definitely the ECM. Time to bust out another thousand! I have the same issue and after replacing my already new lift pump and paying two mechanics to diagnose this is what I came up with.
