I have very good response throught the pedal. When I want the truck to move it moves. I do not think it would be an APPS issue and still have really good reponsiveness. My husband has actually commented on how touchy the pedal is. I just don't see consistancy in the amount of coal coming out at various times on the exact same settings. My fuel pressure is very consistant and I have actually set off the boost alarm at 32 (2x) so the boost is there. With all of this in mind it leads me to think that the problem is obviously after the fuel pressure sensor which points to the VP. Please correct me if I am out to lunch.

Doubt it. The BBCOD can be related to air or lack of it, load on the motor, abient temps, elevation above sea level and even how clean your sensors are.

For all the issues we have with the VP44 this isn't one of them in my opinion.
