Default delayed shift on rebuilt transmission

Hi i recently had my transmission rebuilt and then needed a new lift pump and injection pump, all thats been replaced and under warranty, but since my truck has delayed shifts. when the truck was new it would shift thru the gears with no hesitation now it seems like it doesnt want to shift until you let off the throttle. any ideas, thanks

It has a new assembly kit, filter, kickdown band, rebuilt torque convertor, overdrive snap ring, sun gear, spring 3-4 accumulator, manual valve, pressure regulator, governer pressure sensor, overdrive solenoid, pressure solenoid, low drag bearing kits, governor bore plug. so far from what i have read, yes it could be a valve body problem, or a tv cable adjustment. With all that crap replaced you'd think this thing would be brand new by now.
