wierd transmission behavior

Default wierd transmission behavior
when i plant the pedal to the floor the engine revs crazy high then bang away we go! i had it rebuilt about 80,000 kms ago and its done this since i had it rebuilt, i'd like to know if this is normal or can i adjust the kickdown to engage sooner
