I get 26 mpg taking it easy. My engine turns over right around 1400 rpms at 65 mph. My truck is 4x4, has lift kit and 35" tires.

u need more power or need to learn how to hammer down

Best thing I ever did in mine was traction bars and posi with 3.55 gears with the getrag that thing hauled *** and would only peal if you side stepped the clutch

I've put in a fuel pin, and turned some screws. Put in through a fence in July when we had a dash of rain.

Since then, i tuned up the brakes, put on some decent tires, and added a Lockright. It is pleasantly sure-footed despite the fall rains.

One thing is for certain... I much prefer the 2wd as a daily driver. It rides nimble and light. It also rides JUST LIKE an old '66 Chevy 1/2-ton I drove in my early 20's.

I have a 93 Ext Cab and she tows nice!

went to moab w/ a 20 footer gooseneck and a 93 land cruiser on it towing from Brownsville,TX and she did great! no harm

we did better then the duramax and power stroke.

around town gives me 20-22 mpg towing 13-16 mph.

I run her at 70mph on highway and she runs nice, past 75mph and she gets loud.

I guess she dont like that!

when it rains, she spins the tires but not much!

she's heavy to stop so I really dont try it. She also has a Locker so not much fun there.

I like the old dodge as an al' around truck, towing, daily driver.

I like my towing Biotch!

I have a 2wd 93 dually with some go fast dodads and I've hooked it so hard the radio flew out of the dash and I know I put it in there good. I ve alsohooked my brothers 98 12 v dually it broke the nv4500 before it spun the tires. but for a srw I'm sure your gona need some sticky tires to keep from spining and maybe some trac bars or you can just make it a sb dually that would be sick
