No custom lines and injectors necessary, just use the VE case, pump and gear.
On the lines, use the VP lines and a set of Non-Intercooled delivery valve holders, then all you need to do is make an adaptor to jump from the 14mm DV holders to the 16mm VP lines.
Or I was going to look into adapting the VP holders to the VE pump's head.

All you need to do for the injectors is use VP injectors and set the pop pressures to VE specs.

I had a VP top end all ready to go onto a 6.7 shorblock, but the funds monster got me and I sold it all off.
Biggest thing on the 6.7 was re-drilling the block to accept the VE timing case.
