Question powerstroke ic help

i have a 90 dually and ive aquired a powerstroke intercooler and it doesnt fit between my frame rails was wondering what year is everyone using also the end caps are plastic so i cant really modify it to fit

It is the wrong one. You need one with aluminum end tanks.

99 - 02 with the 7.3 should be what you want. Just check it to make sure it has aluminum tanks.

The aluminum one still won't fit between the frame rails. It fits over them.

good to know. I have an intercooler here, but I haven't gotten around to messing with it yet.
