First my fuel screw does not turn easy (yes I loosened the lock nut) what is wrong with in? next smoke screw turned down so it is flush with the lock nut no extra smoke what the hell? and last the star at the bottom it did not want to turn am i missing something or does it need a rebuild? any help will be appreciated.
It does not turn super easy mine takes some pressure, don't break it though, is the collar still on it? Your smoke screw is only gonna show smoke at low boost right off idle. Its not much if any performance gain. The star wheel is HARD to turn. Sounds normal to me.

I.C truck and want smoke? get some PODs, those things`ll block out a lane if ya want them to.
You can make some good power with I/Ced truck, the thing to remember is these trucks are high mileage and 20 years old. Alot of truck have worn out injectors in them.

And POD's are a waste IMO. Much better injectors on the market for only a little more money.

You will not be happy with the POD's. If you want a great reliable towing set up... Get a 3200 spring, exhaust, BHAF and other then that leave it stock.

ya man you wont like those pods they are "kids" injectors for the "kids" that want smoke and what not if you tow ALOT leave it stock but if you want a great all around truck get a light turbo upgrade like the 60mm wheel or an HX35/40 and some SDX injectors TUNE your pump dont bottom everything out get a fuel pin and make a BHAF but before you do anything GET GAUGES

picked up a pyro and trans gauge the other day got 4 inch exch today. just wanted the smoke to **** off the dirty hippys up at lake tahoe. I will only be towing once maybe twice a month in the summer about 70 miles one way with about a 3000+ feet in elevation and more in the winter but all flat and less the 10 miles. And a daily commute of 16 miles. I don't know thats not much towing but a steep *** hill.

And those dirty hippies will bitch and complain to our gov and get more and more restrictions put on diesel vehicles.

We have all done it, learn from our stupidity... As much as you want to don't do it.
