Violent Clicking Relay!

Ok, the black/yellow stuff runs into the harness, no idea. The red one, he installed an extra cigarette lighter type plug in the cab. I've already d/c that since I took the photo and realized what it ran to. Just came back in from shaking the cables, all is tights. I took the battery ground group loose and gave them everything a good rasping. No change. Checked codes again. Same 41 and 55 end codes.

I don't know about those orange caps. Those were inherited. I'll replace them right now.
I've just now taken the wire bruck to the connectors and sheet metal.
I'm ready for some TNT now. I think I'll just beat her to the punch and set the bitch on fire...maybe I'll dance around her like a native.
Thank you for trying to help. I'm trying EVERYTHING.

Here are the pictures:
no1: just make sure the wire does not contact the metal and each line is seperated from the other.
no2. nothing unusual to see here...
no3: Are those 3 orange caps 110V wire connectors? If so they have to go!
I think clean up has to start here.
no4: Please grab a wire brush and clean the connector at the end of the red wire at the sheet metal.

I wouldnt be messin with the puter, try to leave that be girl
I really think your problem is in those wires that are fried up, I would replace those and see how it works, use equicelent gage wire with good butt connectors and then shrink tube them so they are sealed, also if there are any fusable links in that mess just use an inline fuse,
one other thing I would clean up all battery connections so they are gaurenteed , believe it or not I have seen a ground before that appeared to be clean but when I de termed it the corrosion was there and keepind it from an addiquate ground, also buff where the ground wire conects to the block or the frame whatever it is OK

Ok, update.
I was able to trace ONE wire from the chattering relay: it is red and goes into the ECM, other direction travels into the fusible link hell and is one of the most jacked up/melted. So I cut it and taped both ends.
I plugged in the relay and turned the ignition on, no click.
No Wait to Start, No Check Engine, No A/C. That's all I can find not working so far. It started, ran and killed good. Now, what the hell does it do exactly?
Don't know just yet.

I sense a bit of sarcasm, which I'll address with my foot later.
There are 3 relays on the fender. The middle one was the clicker.
Alternator is charging when engine is running. Engine cranks but not every time. It goes through a stage where it turns over too fast and won't catch.
The current problem is: what is that red wire and what does it control, because now that it's not in the mix, the clicking is gone.
I'm running outside to connect it with a fatty and I'll let you know what happens...
Unless I blow up, then: Man, it's been a hell of a good time.
Be right back.
By the way- POW! That's for sounding like my dad.
