A HX40 makes a great towing/DDi'ng turbo

There is a 62/71/14 for sale in the clasifieds right now for $900.

That turbo would be nice with your injectors.

Super. Make sure no matter what you get the 16cm housing. Anything else is a door stop

It doesn't matter, either one will do what you want. The only 1st Gens that would ever worry about breaking a shaft in an HX40 are ones that would be running a 14mm H/R, which rules out daily driving and towing. If you are around 400rwhp or under, you'll have no problem with a regular HX40. Like Bobby said, you'll want one with a 16cm housing though.
