If there is something to be had by having that deep of a cone, then I don't see how that wouldn't mean there wouldn't be an equal amount to be had by grinding 1/8" off the pin?
Taking 1/8" off the pin would almost have to give you power I would think. It just would not allow it to travel all teh way back to pull all teh fuel out at low boost. I think...

if you grind the pin off then you wouldnt get full fuel as quickly it would incline with boost, you get about full fuel with the denny t with little boost and then it kinda just sits there im sure you would get a gain from grinding the pin no doubt but not the gains of a pin just my 2

I installed a bully gog fuel pin It really impressed me.

You notice any odd wear on it? I know they had a problem with soft metal but I'm pretty sure they fixed it.
