i thought the 8.3 cummins were t4

 

Not all of them. The 16 are T3, at least most of them are

The exh housing part # does match with a 6ct 8.3 turbo
the housing is for a 5.9 6bt part 3535656which cross over to 3537538
your shaft wheel # 3539805 is also for a 6BT standard
bearing housing 3539224
the compressor impeller # 3537538
It shows a T3
