91 Non Tilt Conversion to Tilt Steering

I own a 91 W250 with a manual shift, non-LE cab, non-tilt column. I'd like convert to a tilt wheel column. Would I need to replace the whole column, or just the wheel\lock mechanism "head"?

The whole column needs to be swapped.
