Default Electrical help needed

So, four days after the pump rebuild my truck has found another way to **** me off and kick me in the nuts. I was driving and then bam, nothing. It just shut off, lost dash lights, gauges froze, heater fan stopped running and then it wouldn't turn over, also no radio or wipers. So after a little reading and frustration I replaced the ignition switch.
Still nothing.
So here is what I am assuming since I lost this all at once: There is a feed from the battery to the igniton switch, from the switch power is fed to things like the FSS, dash, HVAC controls, wipers, radio, and of course starter. Does this sound correct? If so any ideas what color wire or fusable link I should be looking for? Don't have a service manual, haven't been able to find one, truck is a 93 W250. Thanks guys, this time maybe it will run for 5 days! honestly in one year of ownership and just 145k this truck has spent 6mos broke and 6mos running I thought they were reliable!

I'll look at my manual, till then i'd check the main +,- and start at the bat with a test light and work out.

did you learn anything today?

the ign switch is grounded through the steering column so start there. you'll have to get power from pos bat post. pull the 50 pin bulkhead off you should have power at 49 and 50 (top left battery side). those supply juice to a lot of crap. at least thats what it say in the book. word for word

The fusible links are on the left fender liner. The easiest way to find a bad one is just grab ahold and pull. If it is good it will not stretch but if it is burned out it will. I was able to get an original factory manual on CD from Geno's garage for my 92 d350.

Sounds like fuesable links but not all at one that would be odd. did your ground cable come loose anywhere. A lot of that stuff is not run to the ignition then to random stuff I just re wired a 85 crewcab which I copied a 90's harness very little is actually run to the ign switch directly.

It's fixed, was the orange wire running to the fuseable link, it just broke. looked fine til my brother barely touched it and it broke. Oh well give it a few more days and the nicest, cleanest 1st gen pile around will self destruct something else randomly

Good. I know how you feel but at least it starts in cold weather.
