Default RWAL issues

I have the Anti lock light and my BRAKE(P)(!) light on. Dont know what caused it but my girlfriends dad is a 30+ year dodge tech, we tried to get the flash codes off but they wont flash, thinking the controller is bad. I unplugged the controller(one behind the glove box) and blew tail light fuse. Anyone have any input on this ancient technology?

I had a key made the other day and this happened. Had the key remade and no problems.... So, do you have a spare that you could try?

Ive got the manuals on the early abs stuff as well as all the factory tools. Ill do some looking on it tomorrow. Does it have a vacuum warning switch?

Yes on the vac switch. I need to check the controller out but finally got flash codes. One long and two short. If I unplug the controller lights go out and my parke brake light works normally. I might just go with that.
