Default Lift Pump suggestions

Hey guys,
Was looking under the truck to find where the tranny fluid is leaking from and noticed the lift pump is leaking fuel also. What are you guys' recommendations for replacing it? Should I just put another stock one back on or are there better options? Thanks for the input guys. I've got POD injectors and a little bit of pump work done to it if that makes a difference.

Gus

Go get a 2nd gen piston lp with the spacer then get the holley 30 dollar fuel pressure regulator n do that. a stock 2nd gen lp will handle upto about 450hp.

stock lift pumps suck. i went through 3 of them in 3 years and they all went in the winter time. im running a holley black pump setup with a filter on the frame rail. only got like 3000 miles on the setup so far but i like it. so far so good. not too noisy either.

I bought the Delphi replacement stock one, I don't think it sucks so bad, IMO.

Gross overkill/price to deal with a leaking stock lift-pump.

A good upgrade over the stock item on a mildly bombed CTD would be the low-pressure piston lift-pump. It provides a better built and more reliable small increase in fuel for a reasonable cost.

Any more info on where to source the low-pressure piston lift-pump? Also I've heard good things about the Holley set up, it's an electric pump correct? I'm thinking of the simplest project that's a step in a better direction. It's my daily driver so has to be reliable and something I can do fairly easily so I don't have a lot of down time doing this. Thanks for the input so far guys, but yeah, I don't have the mods to need those big dollar set ups.
