Tappet cover is on drivers side of engine under the head.

Im going to try this stuff you dump in radiator and supposed to seal head gasket,head and cylinder leaks in 30 minutes. Its called "steel seal". Google it.

 

You'll cause more problems in the long run with that stuff than just identifying the problem and fixing it.. Most of the crap you dump in to seal stuff up can wreak havoc on your water pump and clog up water jackets.. Don't do it!

 

I'm with this guy besides I tried it all in my VE I had a crack in the block wanted to prolong the engines life a few months n nothing worked except to plug the rad.

 

PUT THIS STUFF CALLED STEEL SEAL IN THE RADIATER RAN IT A COUPLE OF TIMES FOR 1 HOUR AND THEN CHANGED OIL.RAN AGAINAND FOR 3 WEEKS NO LEAKS. THIS STUFF GREAT.
by pass heater core or u will clog the valve/diaphram
