Check the alternator again, maybe get a quality alternator. I dunno. I know it sounds like its only charging 180 degrees to me.

k took the alt. out ran it to napa had them put it on their tester everything is good even replaced the serp. belt in case of slippage ive tried everything just short of puttin it in the shop

I had a fuseable link that made mine do the same thing.But its hard to explain which one it is.
