Often times the brake light switch can be the culprit too. Does your cruise control work?

Other things to check/try:

Is your alternator putting out 14+?

Are the batteries good?

A ground strap from the alternator to the core support never hurts on these trucks.

These trucks are notorious for having grounding issues, which can cause this kind of behavior. If the alternator or the batteries are getting weak, it only takes a couple tenths of voltage one way or the other to screw these things up.

DTT Noise Filter usually fixes the lock unlock lock unlock issue.

The pressure transducer and govener solenoid are fairly common causes. Have you tried a ground strap? That's the first thing my Trans guy always does on these trucks.
