head gasket or oil cooler?

alright my internet has been down for a week, but i got this figured out. oil cooler is fine. head gasket is SHOT. material around all 6 cylinders is blown out. its absolutely destroyed. so now, i wanna get orings. i know nothing about them. whats it involve?

find a shop that will deck your head and cut orings. i just had a head done at enterprise. its ready to install. they already have the orings in the head.

now to the next order of business. whats the best way of flushin out this crank case? for the block im just gonna run the garden hose thru it til everything is clean. what should i run thru the crank case?

check your rod bearings too.

alright and how do i chek them? obviously pull the motor mounts, jack up the engine, pull the pan... but then what? is it somethin i can check with the rods still bolted up? sorry, i just dont know much about checkin stuff like this
