with 024dv's, 140ddp's, no plate, 4k gsk, what the hell do you expect a stock charger to do? I would bet it is working fine there is just way to much fuel for that poor charger get that off of your truck a.s.a.p. because at 55 psi it won't last long. What does your egt gauge do peg out instantly? My pump is set up similar to that with 191's and a 62/74/14 turbo and I can easily turn 55 psi and my egt's will peg the gauge at 1600 quite rapidly!

as weird as this sounds my egt's never go above 1400 but shouldnt the waste gate work anyway?

It probably is it is just alot of fuel for it. Just unhook the line and blow air through it and watch the gate and see if it moves.

be carful with the air, super easy to check though. and 55psi thats close to KABOOM. my guess is a stuck wastegate. i could turn my stocker down to bout where ever i wanted it with my elbow no problems.

Wastegate is probably functioning but with your mods it's just being overcome by the huge amounts of exhaust pressure. Get a bigger turbo ASAP. I only have relatively mild mods on my 24v but the wastegate is already on the brink of too much as I hit 32psi with no boost elbow/control

no way you can get 55 out of it unless something is stuck shut or not working.

Lots of penetrating fluid if the shaft is set up in the housing. Then plenty of time working the wg open/closed to free it up.
