Default Cracked HEad?! help

sent my truck to a shop to get a head and new gasket to be put on i get it back truck is doing the same thing...overheating only when i get it above like 1700 thats when the temp gauge starts to climb if i keep it below those rpms it will run at just about 190...well i got it back and it overheated way too easy so i did it myself put a cummins .20 over marine gasket on it and checked the head for straight and no visible cracks on the head...its doing the same thing no overheating yet but if i get it on temp gauge climbs way to high for normal operation and not even flooring it..the kid said he sent the head to get checked but seeing as how its still F**CKED i highly doubt it now my other symptom is antifreeze in the oil..

truck has 370 injectors stock turbo stock intercooler little bit of pump work and electric cooling fans...also head studs

i put on new water pump upper and lower hoses and a thermostat and of coarse new head gasket

any input at all would be great guys just throw ideas im taking the head off again as we speak so let me know what to look for if i missed anything!

It might be worth pulling your radiator out and make sure the fins are clean.
