Default I need some advice..

I have a 2001 3/4 4x4 long bed auto with a 5'' lift with Boyd Coddingtons, 17x315 12.5 bfg's, 4'' Silverline Exhaust ,AFE II intake, 75hp jammers, And Edge controler. I tow my heavy 21ft toy box loaded through some very steep mountains and get slowed and start to get the eg's and coolant temps up and yet see other rigs creep by me and I am not on O.D. of coarse. Is my 3:66 gear ratio lugging the motor as I suspect? And would a 4:10 gear ratio be the call for this particular tire size to make it cool and perform better? Also could I use the 4:56 gear to drive locally and tow until I eventually upgrade to a larger tire in the mean time?
Thank You Jack.
