When i got the new injection pump i surposely setted my timeing at 16.5 but some how it jumped to 19.1degrees. So i said screw it and drove it with the stock HG and head bolts and i was fine but buddy you wanna talk about difference in power!!

i REALLY wouldnt recommend goin to 19 without studs. sometimes ya get lucky n stuff holds on, but 99.9% of the time it wont. its just like my turbo, i know for a fact it shouldnt be pushin 50psi, but for some unknown reason its still kickin. im just lucky right now, but eventually it WILL go bang

30* at the pump here with head studs.

for the street I always liked 22* at the pump

Timing in a nut schell ... would you rather have top end power, mid range, or low end torque?
