Well there are three issues here. #1 sub-standard parts/builder, #2 you got a lemon tranny, and #3 your driving style. Aint much else it could be and this last failure sounds like #1.

I was much in your same situation only with an automatic transmission a few years ago. Bulletproof trans. that was suppose to hold a lot. Come to find out when we tore into it there were a lot of weird things through out the transmission (mis-matched clutches in the packs, some missing pieces, etc.). Hell when it'd lock the TC up it'd shudder the whole truck.

 

no tranny is bullet proof boys, if there was one, the man building them would be a millionaire......you got a piece of crap is what it sounds like but still NOTHING is unbreakable.....

 

you can send your clutch in to southbend and they will replace your center hub on the clutch to the 1 3/8 bore. then you can keep your clutch and upgrade to the billet input shaft. they were gonna do it for me but i upgraded to the 650hp dual disc. give them a call.
