hard starts in the morning any ideas?

Have you eliminated the fuel heater? They can let a lot of air in around the plug in studs,which will cause your symptoms.
Easy to do and free.

fuel heater is eliminated. 1/2" fuel direct no splices from airdog straight into injection pump.
