had a guy do my injector pump the other day so i got it back and pin timed it and stuff got it all in ran good for like ten min then started idleing really weird and smoking than it filled my whole shop with white diesel smoke and it ran like that for a min than died and now it wont start thought maybe it was the injectors so switched tham out and its doing the same thing and wont even start now he did the goverer springs and fuel plate and stuff and now this happened HELP

 

What method did you use to do the timing?

Sounds liek the timing is off of has slipped. Did you recheck the timing after it did that?

 

no i never cheaked it u really think thats wat could have happened maybe i should cheack that how do u get it so it dont slip

 

What did you torque the nut to?

The shaft has to be completely free of oil/grease. Use brake cleaner or better yet, electrical contact cleaner and a clean rag to clean it, before torquing the nut.

What method did you use? Plunger lift? If so, what did you set the timing at and how much lift did you have?
