Default rear brakes

ive got my right rear brake hanging up when i press the brake pedal just a little harder than normal. while going slow it locks up and drags in the gravel. i rarely if ever use the emergency brake if that helps. any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I had a leaking wheel cylinder and the opposite side would lock up. Replaced cylinder, works fine. Maybe took an hour.
