Squeaking??????? thats not acceptable behavior for a clutch.
I doubt your going to have much luck, In a reality what you did is considered abusive to a single disc clutch.
90% of the time a welded disc isnt covered by any warranty what so ever. At the least you'll need a disc, flywheel turned and PP resurfaced or a new one.

hrm, if it only has 800 miles on it it should be able to take a tiny bit of what you call abuse, and why can't they just stand behind their product? i should be able to do burnouts for 800 miles on a clutch that's rated for 600hp and he's only puttin down 350 maybe, i think Valair should warranty it and just admit they messed up and maybe had a bad product, it's like buying a billet automatic, you don't just buy em to have em, usually they're going to get abused more than a standard auto because they can handle more so if it were a stock clutch and he were pushing 350 hp it might be a bit concerning but he isn't putting enough power to the ground to hurt it

I'm not saying it wont be covered, That'll be up to the staff at valair. What I am saying is i know if a truck comes into me, for a warranty clutch and it's welded my first thought is abuse.

I will agree, however isn't that jumping the gun? at least nate was honest and said he did a burnout, +1 to him there for at least telling the truth, where i'm coming from is my truck was Red Flagged in the chrysler system due to a lift kit which apparently caused the transmission to go out, the big tires had nothing to do with it, it was solely the lift kits fault, according to the dealership that did this to me anyway, the reason I say jumping the gun is because the guys at the dealership just assumed that because it was lifted that it was abused, little did they know it's never really been off-road or abused in it's lifetime, and when you assume something it kinda makes one look bad, sorry i'm kinda on a rant cause i'm still mad at dodge, but all i'm saying is just because one guy abuses his lifted truck doesn't mean I abuse mine, I do a bit more now cause it has way better running gear than it used to thanks to Dave Goerend but that's all i'm saying is he doesn't have enough miles on his clutch for it to be welded up already, maybe he is fibbin and has been doing burnouts constantly, but I think i'll give him the benefit of the doubt on this one
